Term & Condition
1. Scope of Work
Intelliverse tech will provide services as outlined in the agreement/contract. The client will provide necessary access and information for the Intelliverse tech to perform services.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur £5.
3. Confidentiality
Intelliverse tech will maintain confidentiality of client data and information.
4. Intellectual Property
Intelliverse tech retains ownership of all intellectual property rights for services provided.
5. Warranty and Disclaimer
Services are provided 'as is' without warranty or representation. Intelliverse tech disclaims all liability for damages or claims arising from services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Intelliverse tech liability is limited to zero for any damages or claims.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law
The agreement will be governed by governing law and subject to jurisdiction.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
11. Amendments
The agreement may be amended by written consent of both parties.
12. Force Majeure
Intelliverse tech is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control.
